In the event a THI product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, THI shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. THI shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, THI shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing adlin.net and/or completing registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any of them, may be modified or terminated by THI without notice at any time for any reason. THI guarantees replacement or refund, at our sole discretion, of all defective merchandise.

Shipping is not refundable. You will not receive credit for shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise.

A restocking fee of 25% will apply to returned merchandise.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the various states and of the United States. You agree and represent that you are buying only for your own internal use only, and not for resale or export.

All items are shipped via UPS as the default shipping service.

THI shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by civil emergencies, terrorist acts, civil unrest, government rules, or the existence of unusual economic emergencies, or by flood, fire, war, delays of carriers, and acts of God, or other similar occurrences beyond the control of THI.

In the event of disruption of service due to any of the above-mentioned conditions, THI will resume its services at the earliest possible moment after the end of the emergency, and will not be held responsible for any delays caused by the aforementioned in shipping product etc.
